Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Thrivin account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique RMA number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is in its original, unworn condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
